Attention all builders and investors. The current home is fire damaged. It will be torn down and the lot cleared. A variance has been completed for two homes to be built. Lots will be 59.50 feet wide and 300 feet deep. Lot 39 does have public water and sewer that will be capped off prior to the current structure being removed so there will be no hook up fees for one of the lots. You dont have to use the model the current owner used to get the variance but any home built cant be wider than 39.6" in order to comply with the variance. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE CURRENT STRUCTURE. IT IS DAMAGED BY FIRE.
