The community of Birchfield is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ.  Situated in 200 wooded acres, there are 861 dwelling units within the community.   Birchfield offers a variety of housing types including single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and patio homes (garden court properties).    The community features a community center with exercise facility and ballroom available for rental, an association pool with lounge area,  sports field for football or baseball, tot – lot playground, tennis courts, and three beautiful lakes with walking paths.

 

Community Overview

As of the fall in 2009, condos had recently sold starting at 130,000 for a one bedroom one bath home.  Taxes range from $2,300 to $3,000 and the association fees range from $150 to $190 depending on the size and upgrades of the condo.  Town homes ranged from $130,000 for a one bedroom one bath to $230,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home.  Single family homes sold starting at $240,000 with taxes ranging from around $4,000 to $7,000.
