The follow statistics are for residential real estate sales in Lumberton.  The housing market statistics include single family homes, town houses, and condominiums. 

Although the number of properties sold in 2006 saw a decline from 2005, the median sales price for both single family house and condos increased.  Similar to other towns throughout Burlington County, the average days on market increased as well. The condo market was not affected by the decrease in properties sold in Lumberton 2006.
