Burlington County, New Jersey

The 2007 Burlington County residential median sold price increased slightly for single family homes and decreased for condos.  The number of Single Family homes and Condos sold declined in 2007 from their totals in 2006. The average number of days on the market for properties sold in 2007 increased as new listings increased and home sales declined.
