Update on Delaware River Dumping Plan

On January 5th Dupont made a surprise announcement backing out of the proposed plan to treat the VX Nerve gas and dump it into the Delaware River.  This announcement came just two weeks after

the Delaware Riverkeeper Network along with other organizations from four states, filed suit to stop the plan to transport the deadly chemical weapon from Indiana to New Jersey.  The suit was based on a fedral statute that bans transportation of chemical weapons across state lines.  Many thanks to all involved who helped prevent delivery and continue to protect our waters.

Props to you Roxanne for getting this done. You modestly overlooked the fact that you were published locally about this issue and asked nationally for Realtors to help too.
