The Guitar House

The Guitar House is located in Fayetteville, Georgia and was built by country western singer and songwriter, Elivs Carden.  The picture below is a screenshot from Google Maps.

Guitar House

The completion of the Guitar House inspired his Album "Living In an Old Guitar".  Here is another older shot of the house from a different angle I found on this site. It appears to be taken during a renovation to the home.

This is in reference to The Guitar House in Fayettevill Ga I’m A Special Friend to John David Cardin the younger brother of Elvis Cardin in my opinion and all honesty he has been put to the side with no awards for this ability to write, sing, and play a guitar professionally just because some people don’t want to share the wealth. I’ve heard his music and been a close friend by his side and to be honest he needs to be the one in nashville tn hes wrote songs for alan jackson, brad paisley, and many others he needs to be awarded he has song right now called wake up call its beautiful pls contact him thru Johns sister because family fame thru elvis dont seem to carry on thru the family to give credit where credit and honest and fame is truly from the heart needs to go to. Pls contact John David Cardin in ref to this song ‘Wake Up Call’ and have send the CD which is copy written so it can’t be taken like many others hes wrote thru close female friends that just don’t mind caring and give this song thru john singing it a chance. Thanks. Friends Always Candy Waldrop

John Carden is an outstanding songwriter and singer. His ability is definitely a god-given talent. I have heard his pitch cd and the songs are great! Any manager for a rock/country performer (male or female) should really take a listen to his music and lyrics.
John, your music will hit - it’s just a matter of time. You’re on the right path now! Keep your eye on the prize and your heart on God!

There are many things about John Carden that people have over looked. His heart most of all has been overlooked from which all of his song writing and music comes from. People could not see the forest for the trees and like many who may take a wrong turn in life and we all have, John has set his sights on a higher calling and knows now what he was created for. There are three things that endure…faith, hope, and love-and the greatest of these is love. God bless the broken road John Carden. You are going to Nashville. With love.
