The following information is reported by Trend MLS as of this morning 4/3/06. It includes the figures for residential real estate only. The figures may adjust slightly as the end of the month sales are recorded and/or corrected.

Current Inventory: 2737 (homes available for sale)
12 Full Month Average of homes sold: 568 per month
Inventory Accumulation: 4 months
Camden County
Current Inventory: 2694
12 Full Month Average of homes sold: 617 per month
Inventory Accumulation: 4 months
Gloucester County
Current Inventory: 1621
12 Full Month Average of homes sold: 313 per month
Inventory Accumulation: 5 months
Listing Comparisons: (Homes listed for sale during the month of March)
