The Gloucester County 2005 Median Sales Price experienced almost a 16% increase for single family homes and an increase of 15% for Gloucester County condos. Here is the data as reported by Trend MLS on 1/12/2006
2005 Single Family Home Median Sales Price: $210,000 with 3651 sold
Homes with 0-2 Bedrooms Median Price: $146,900 with 456 sold
Homes with 3 Bedrooms Median Price: $190,000 with 1854 sold
Homes with 4+ Bedrooms Median Price: $285,000 with 1341 sold
2005 Condos Median Sales Price: $154,900 with 381 sold
Condos with 0-2 Bedrooms Median Price: $147,000 with 305 sold
Condos with 3 Bedrooms Median Price: $182,500 with 72 sold
Condos with 4+ Bedrooms Median Price: $159,000 with 4 sold
2004 Single Family Home Median Sales Price: $181,500 with 3475
2004 Condo Median Sales Price: $135,000 with 391 sold
The Gloucester County Market Conditions for the past five years has been updated. Im not making any promises on getting each municipality posted in the near future. I have my "web work" cut out for me right now, and Im not very fast with it. I will however post a municipality if requested by comment here or email.
