Burlington County 2007 4th Quarter Housing Market
The 4th quarter Burlington County housing market activity in 2007 as compared to the 4th quarter in the previous four years shows a slow down in pending sales and homes sold, with a longer amount of time on the market.

Burlington County 2007 Year Over Year Real Estate Activity
The nation wide real estate market slow down did have an impact on Burlington County along with most other counties we service in South Jersey.
