Stonegate, located in Mt. Laurel, NJ, was built in the 1990′s by Orleans and offers condos, townhomes, and single family houses. Stonegate features manicured lawns, tennis courts and play ground. Recent sales in Stonegate range in price from $165,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo, to $285,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1 car garage townhouse. The Stonegate association fee runs around $165 a month for a condo, which includes the exterior building maintenance, grounds maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal. The fee for the town homes is around $300 a year for common area maintenance. Real estate taxes in Stonegate run between $4,000 and $5,000 for the condominiums, and from $5,000 to $8,000 for the town houses. The location of the community provides residents with easy access to shopping and major roadways like Rt. 38, I-295, Rt. 73, and the NJ Turnpike.

Mount Laurel, NJ currently has 427 residential properties for sale with an average of 46 properties sold per month giving Mt. Laurel a 9 month inventory accumulation. Although there were less new listings coming onto the market in Feb ’09, than in Feb. ’08, the number of properties going under contract (pended) and settled stayed close to the same. The January year over year comparison of the real estate market activity, however, experienced a decline in listings, pendings, and settled properties.

Fouth quarter taxes are due Nov. 1, 2007. If taxes are not paid by the 10th, interest will be charge back to the due date. Any taxes that are unpaid by 11/11/07 are subject to Tax Sale. All 2007 Taxes must be paid prior to 12/31/07.

The Mount Laurel Township Public Works Department has created this page to make it easier for residents to keep the Township aware of potholes on our roadways. Please send an email identifying a specific location of a pothole. The Township will make every effort to fix the pothole within 7 days of notification. If the pothole is on a State, County or private (condo associations) road, the Township will notify the appropriate agency or management company of the concern.
