Laurel a 9 month inventory accumulation.  Although there were less new listings coming onto the market in Feb &#8216;09, than in Feb. &#8216;08, the number of properties going under contract (pended) and settled stayed close to the same.   The January year over year comparison of the real estate market activity, however, experienced a decline in listings, pendings, and settled properties. </p>
