The average of sold residential properties per month was 673 and the average days on market was 48. Entering January 2006 there were 2226 homes on the market, which gives Camden County an inventory of 3.3 months

10964 properties listed 8037 sold
The average number of properties sold per month was 670 and the average days on market was 50.

The demand for housing in Camden County stayed pretty close to the same in 2005 as it was in 2004, with the exception of the fourth quarter. However, there were a greater number of residential homes coming onto the market. This indicates a move towards a more balanced market in Camden County, which should certainly please the new home buyers entering the marketplace.
