The median sales price for single family homes in Burlington City, NJ increase by 19.7% in 2005. Home sales also increased, showing a 22% increase over the market activity in 2004.
2005 Burlington Single Family Median Sales Price: $155,000
2004 Burlington Single Family Median Sales Price: $129,500
2005 Burlington City Homes Sold: 176
2004 Burlington City Homes Sold: 144
